Buyer beware, if you purchase this item, know … Buyer beware, if you purchase this item, know that the batteries cannot be replaced and the lights only stay on for maybe a 45 seconds to a minute, it automatically shuts off after that. It did not work well for our family, since we ride our bikes during the evening time when it’s cooler outside. I would have kept the helmet if the lights stayed on and I was able to replace the batteries. It defeats our whole purpose on purchasing the helmet– to increase the visibility of our son at night…
