Major design flaw! We just ordered a couple Schwinn helmets for our kids–this “Intercept” model, and the “Thrasher” model. Both appeared to be great helmets and we love the “dial fit” adjuster on both. After very limited use, however, we noticed that the inner “fit ring” of this Intercept model keeps coming loose when our daughter wears her helmet.
