Better than the 1100 Boost model I have an older model, which has always worked well. I needed another, and accidentally bought the 900 Boost and 1100 Boost models at the same time. This gave me a chance to compare them (without taking them out of the package – I need to return one…).The color output of them is slightly different (not great for mixing in a photo light-painting application). New Lumina 900 DOA… but my 5 year old Lumina 600 still works fine. – I screwed up DOA…. mine had the dreaded flashing red LED, battery will not charge, light does not turn on…. at all.
