Not only do I have a big head I have to wear a helmet liner to protect scar tissue at the very top of my scalp. I was trying to use an Air Soft Tak Helmet but it was just a little to heavy.This Base Camp helmet is just right. Like all bike helmets this is a one big impact helmet. Overall, a good helmet. I primarily use it for bike commuting in the rain, so I taped over the top vents with reflective tape after feeling raindrops on my head the first few times I used it. No issues with fogging, and I have significantly better visibility overall than when I wear sunglasses or nothing in the rain. The dial at the back is nice, particularly because it lets me really control where the visor sits. My one complaint – and itâs not a small one – is that overall the helmet feels…
