Runs 1/2 to 3/4 inch small & Does not have adjustable headband Good product for price. However runs about 1/2 to 3/4 inch small. For a helmet that doesn’t have an adjustable headband (only adjustability is with a couple sets of Velcro pads) its VERY important to get the right size. I measured 3x with a cloth tape measure and ordered the helmet advertised for my head, supposedly I’d have about 1/2 inch of play, however its too small. I can put it on with the smallest pads, but not without an uncomfortable amount of pressure that I can’t stand for more…

Measure once, buy once This helmet is surprisingly comfortable! Maybe I’m just used to the bulky, unwieldy bike helmets of my childhood (the last time I wore a helmet while skating), but this was quite comfortable to wear even for long periods. I measured my head and purchased a medium according to the size chart, and the helmet fit perfectly. It’s lightweight enough not to feel bulky or unpleasant, but solid enough to feel safe.
