I, like the other reviewer, recently had an AC separation and was in a good deal of pain (happened ~1week ago). The sling the ED gave me sucked, but as soon as I put on this brace I felt much better. It gives you great support and isn't too bulky. It's a hair tight around the chest, but not enough to get me to take it off. I can see myself wearing this from now on as I ski/mountain bike/hang glide, it's a little too restrictive for the gym but that's not its main purpose anyway. Great product!

If you have a mountain bike fall or any other with a shoulder injury, this works great. I have a 3rd stage separation and this brace really suports and minimalizes the pain.
